Earlier, I was in conversation with a colleague. We were discussing something they needed
to have done, but everyone around them said it was never going to turn out the way they were praying, hoping and expecting it would.
It wasn’t so much that the request was ridiculous or out of the ordinary, but the time frame they needed it to happen within, according to the “experts” was just totally out of the question.
“That’s impossible.”
That’s what the professionals truly believed and said as much.
But still, my colleague refused to give up, despite the negative outlook of other people.
Do you know what happened?
When they decided to move forward anyway, even with the naysayers' doubts, what everyone originally said would take a long time to accomplish, happened, literally, in just minutes.
Not days, minutes!
Don't tell me what my God won't do.
The quick turnaround was so shocking, those who have been involved in this process for years were in disbelief. They told my friend that history had been made in this specific case. They had never seen such a quick turnaround in all their lives.
Oh, but God.
After hearing that testimony, I couldn’t do anything but give God praise.
And I shared it to encourage you today.
If you are believing God for a turnaround, don’t slip into a rut and adopt a defeated mentality because people and circumstances say you're foolish for expecting a positive outcome.
You're not foolish; you're wise to believe God.

My daughter is in a spiritual and physical battle for her
mind (depression). She called for help last night not wanting to be alone (she
says she would never commit suicide and I believe her) but she used wisdom and
reached out. She is now hospitalized in a mental health facility.
I have battled with that spirit of depression most of my life and have learned
how to pray and confess my healing and victory over depression, but when in the
midst of that darkness it is close to impossible to do that without help.
My daughter is struggling and I need as many prayer warriors as possible to
cover her with prayer IMMEDIATELY to break this stronghold over her life.
Please help me pray for her. Christians can be attacked by the spirit of
depression and I REFUSE to allow it to overtake her.

I just want to say thank you for all the prayers that have been sent to God on my behalf. I received a job offer last week and look to start any day now. I am so grateful that God is continuing to lift me up despite the tough circumstances. I am very happy to be back on track and in the position to get my daughter and I back into a place of our own. I ask that you continue to lift us up in prayer that we may continue to look to God and be patient for our desires to be manifested. I also ask for prayer that I will continue to adhere to God's word and not let the actions of those around me influence me against what I know and believe is right.
