We know this and we tell other people this when they are going through trials and troubles. But do we believe it to be true in our own lives?
I ask that because I know how hard it can be to hang on to hope when the battle gets really fierce. I have been reading over emails and so many women and men are experiencing hard times. Trust me, I know how that feels.
When you get really low—I’m talking rock bottom kind of low—and things look their worst, clinging to faith is a challenge. That’s when the enemy steps in to kick you when you’re down, hoping to deliver the blow from which you cannot recover.
But we won’t take it lying down. Instead, we’ll fight kneeling down… in prayer.
When trials are prolonged, that's when you're truly tested and you see that, it is one thing to talk about faith. It’s another thing to live by faith.
Amen?
On this Thoughtful Thursdays, I feel led to offer up a collective prayer.
Instead of posting individual requests, my prayer team and I are interceding for every single person that reads this post today. We are asking God to increase your faith and renew your strength for the journey ahead.
As you join in corporate prayer here at DiannaHobbs.com, I believe God is going to move in your situation as you continue to trust in His power.
Are you ready to get your faith up for your deliverance and breakthrough?
Then let’s pray.
Father, today I pray for the person reading this at this very moment. You know the hardship, struggle, disappointments, and setbacks they are facing. As You have instructed me, I am standing in faith with them for breakthrough.I rebuke the attack of the enemy that has come to force them to waver in their faith, and I speak renewed strength and confidence in Your faithfulness to bring them through.
Right now, we thank You for stretching out Your hand of deliverance and making all things new.
In Jesus’ mighty and matchless name we pray, Amen.
