How often do you ask yourself the question: "What's most important?' It's so crucial to refocus your mind from time to time, because so many things come to pull you in lots of different directions. If you're not really rooted, you'll be too easily distracted.
Listen. God has you on a set path right now. You can't allow anything or anyone to pull you away from what matters most--that is, your divine purpose. God has so much He wants to bestow upon you, but you must be in tune with Him. Stay in a position where you can hear His voice.
Always remember; the enemy is cunning and conniving. He's crafty. And he's definitely an opportunist. Satan always wants to find a way to creep into your space and get you off the path God has you on. If he can do that, he knows you'll miss what God has for you. You'll end up forfeiting your blessing... and for what? Can you think of anything that's worth your destiny?
I sure can't. I want you to refocus your mind today. I don't care what's going on in your world and what is competing for your attention. If it doesn't draw you closer to the place God predestined for you to be, then turn away from it.
You're right in the middle of a season of blessing. And although it may not feel that way everyday, don't allow yourself to forget what God has spoken to you.
One more thing-- never allow an isolated storm to cause you to doubt the word of the Lord. Just because there are some unseasonably cold days in the summertime, it doesn't altogether change the season does it? Nope. All that means is, it's a cold summer day. Ever had one of those? I have.
So the next time a storm arises in your season of blessing, don't doubt your season. It's just a stormy day that's all. But I can sense that those storm clouds are passing over!
Just keep your mind focused on what matters most and refuse to give up your faith in the promise of God; rest assured that everything will turn out wonderfully in the end!
Until next time... may you be empowered to prosper!
