You know what time it is... it's praying time. Somebody is going through a storm and they need our prayers. Today, I ask that you join in with me to seek God on someone else's behalf. As I often say, you never know when your time will come when you'll desperately need the prayers of others. After all, none of us knows what tomorrow holds... and after the things that have coming knocking at my own family's door over the past several weeks, I can say that with even more conviction.
But it has been your prayers and God's strength that have gotten us through. So today, I'm asking every daily cup reader to go to God on behalf of the following individuals:
1. Tina Brown-Both her mom and dad, have both been given negative reports weeks apart. Her mother is not expected to live and her father has been diagnosed with dementia. Please say a word of prayer for her that God's will be done and that, he gives Tina the strength to endure this season, whatever His will is.
2. Vanessa Webster-She recently had surgery and is gradually recovering. Pray that God continue to restore her to 100% wholeness!
3. Bishop Joseph Brinson Sr. (My Dad)-Since coming out of the hospital weeks ago, God has been steadily restoring strength to him, but he is yet in need of our prayers for total healing. Dad is still weak and battling some challenging physical issues, but we know that God is able to complete the work!
4. Geneva Billips-Her battle with Multiple Sclerosis has been fierce, with her body rejecting medications and her mobility lost, but we're not giving up. We're believing God to restore Geneva's mobility and strengthen her muscles, so she can be functional again. Also, join me in asking God to give her peace and rest during this season of intense struggle.
5. An anonymous woman needs our prayers. Her marriage is going through a major transition and from all indications, it looks like she and her spouse won't make it. But we know that God is able to heal and restore. They both love God and have faced some personal challenges that have ripped them apart, but join me in petitioning God to give them the will to continue to fight for their God-ordained marriage.
Please, if you have a prayer request, let me know and I, as well as the daily cup readers, will rally around you and hold you up! Even if you wish to remain anonymous, just let me know that in your email and I'll honor that request. Please send your "prayer mail" directly to me by emailing dailycup@eewmagazine.com.
Know that I love you and I'm praying for you.
As always, thanks for reading and until next time... may you be empowered to prosper!
