When you choose to believe God despite the obstacles you may be facing, that doesn't automatically mean that the trouble will instantly go away... right away. Now, that would be nice if that were the case. But it's not.
Sometimes, even after you've prayed, fed yourself with the Word of God, and refused to give up on your faith, the storm clouds still linger. You wonder, "God how long must this continue? When will you bring me out?!" Still... the rain keeps on pouring. The winds continue to rage. Problems compound; issues mount up, and before you know it, you've got a mountain of trouble that you need God to work out. The situation may, on occasion, get worse before it gets better. Can you recall a time like that in your own life? Are you going through something like that right now? Are you struggling to hold on to your faith?
If you're having a rough go of it, pray and ask the Lord for more strength. Just don't stop believing God. You can't stop. Otherwise, you'll close the door on all that God wants to do for and through you. Faith is the key that unlocks the door to your destiny. You can't receive anything without it. Habakkuk 2:4 says "The Just shall live by faith."
You've got to walk this thing out. Believe God when it looks good, and still believe when it looks bad. As long as you trust God in the face of adversity, in due time, everything will come together for you. It's going to work out for your good. Sure , it gets rough sometimes. Things can spiral out of control quickly and during these times, you don't know what to do. Well... I have a suggestion: Simply put it in God's hands and trust Him to deliver you right on time.
Listen, hard times, dry seasons, and desperate situations don't change the fact that God is able to deliver you; just have faith and watch the Lord go above and beyond all you could ever ask or think. (Ephesians 3:20)
Don't let the enemy deceive you into believing that your faith has no power, because it surely does. It carries so much weight. So, when that old persistent and stubborn storm won't go away, believe your way through it. Talk to yourself and say, "No matter what I go through, I choose to believe God and I won't give up on my faith."
Don't get frustrated or weary. Just wait on the Lord with an attitude of expectancy and He'll come through every time... EVERY TIME!
As always, thanks for reading, and until next time... may you be empowered to prosper!
