As you go through personal hardships and struggles, through them, God teaches you invaluable lessons that will ultimately mature and equip you to lead a more productive life. Let's face it. Trials are inescapable; the sooner we accept this truth, the less inclined we'll be to jump ship when a storm arises. II Timothy 2:3 encourages each of us to "Endure hardness as a good soldier."
Now, I know the notion of "enduring hardship" isn't very popular. Most will readily admit that difficult trials and tribulations, though necessary, are burdensome. We prefer sunny days to rainy ones, and yet, without both the sun and rain, we could never produce a harvest.
So, today, whatever your test may be, praise God in the midst of it. Trust and believe that He is with you through it all. No matter how great the struggle, God is greater. No matter how seemingly insurmountable the obstacle, with Christ, you will prevail. No matter how ruthless the opposition, remind yourself of this one thing: "If God is for us, who can be against us?" (Romans 8:31b)
He's on your side. Oh yes He is!
Even when you feel most vulnerable and susceptible to the enemy, be assured that if you hold your peace, God will fight your battles for you. If you trust and never doubt, as its often said, "Surely, He'll bring you out!"
You'll make it. I know you will.
