Have you ever been so overwhelmed by obstacles, that you ended up not trying at all? I definitely have. It's easy to become distracted by all the barriers, without focusing on the opportunities. But don't make that mistake.
Instead, lace up your shoes and get ready to make some serious changes in your life. At this moment, become resolved to tackle things head on. Whatever they are. If you begin working toward your goals, God will give you favor to accomplish them. It's like the old saying: "If you take one step, God takes two." But you've got to step out first. Do it! Have you got those shoes laced up yet?
You can achieve your dreams. Not sure you can? "And Jesus said to him...All things are possible to him who believes" (Mark 9:23 NAS).
The season is over for talking about it; now it's time to be about it. Don't you feel that press in your spirit? So, what are you waiting for? There are some things you need to just go ahead and do this year. No more beating around the bush and not another day of procrastinating. All you have to do is decide... and then act on that decision. For far too long, you've been wanting to get some things straight--not for anyone else--but just for you.
You've been wanting to take control of some areas in your life, and get some things up off the ground. Well, right now is your opportunity. You're in a new season. Things that were difficult before, will flow more smoothly this time around, as long as you're willing to put forth the effort to make it come together.
You see, God begins the process, and He gives us the power to walk it out. But it's up to us to pick up our feet and begin moving forward. Now is your time to break out... and break through. It doesn't matter how much time has passed. It's never too late to begin.
There has been so much in your heart that you've wanted to make happen, but you didn't know where to start. Just start anywhere. Do something! The Lord is on your side and He's giving you the go ahead. Don't be afraid.
As you begin working toward change... it's going to come to you much faster and easier than you ever expected. I believe it, do you?
Until next time... may you be empowered to prosper!
