Confidence taking a beating? Feeling a little less than optimistic? Circumstances look somewhat out of whack? Enemy telling you things aren't going to work out? Having doubts about what the Lord said?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, you NEED to read this post!
I want you to remember something that will help you along the rocky road to purpose... because it certainly isn't easy all the time. Believe me, I know! There will inevitably be moments when your circumstances absolutely WILL NOT line up with the Word of God.
He'll give you a "mountaintop" word while you're still hanging out in the valley. He'll give you a "promised land" prophecy while you're still wandering in the desert.
These moments can be soooo tough, because your situation completely contradicts what He has spoken over your life. Remaining confident in your faith seems nearly impossible. But here's what you have to remember... God will show himself strong on your behalf!
Don't you allow the enemy to rob you of what God said. Don't let him snatch your victory away from you. Don't get flustered, frustrated, and frantic.
Instead, remind yourself. "This is just a phase I'm going through. The things He has spoken over me will come to pass." Now, this doesn't mean things will always happen how and when we want them to. But when your season of release comes, amazing things WILL happen and you'll KNOW it's God moving on your behalf.
Listen, we all have to endure moments of feeling dejected, discouraged, and defeated. Still, we must grab hold to God's unchanging hand and put ourselves in remembrance of His faithfulness. He always makes good on His promises... always.
I don't know what you may be going through today. Perhaps, things look like they're going crazy in your life. You may be saying, " I thought things would have been going more smoothly than this by now." But I want you to shake yourself and have confidence! Know that you're coming through this thing. It's just a phase... just a temporary setback.
Lift up your head, refocus your mind, and conjure up that determination you've buried inside. You must be so committed to the vision God placed inside of you, that you won't let anything or anyone deter you from it.
It doesn't matter what people say or what the outcome appears to be right now. God's Word still stands!
Until next time... may you be empowered to prosper!
